The policy below applies to cancellations and deferrals:

Tuition: free cancellation fees on tuition in all of our schools prior to arrival

Homestay: all cancellations fees waived (with any notice period prior to arrival)

Residence: all cancellations fees waived (with at least one week’s notice prior to arrival)

Students currently in-school
In order to encourage and incentivise students who are currently happily studying with us or are unable to easily travel back to their home countries, we would like to offer the following:
- They will receive a 30% discount off the 2020 EC Price List if they decide to extend their stay with us
- To benefit from this discount, payment must reach us by the Monday of their extended period for the full amount. This can be done via either their agency or via bank transfer or credit card.
