- Cancellation Policy
• In these exceptional circumstances, if a student decides to postpone, we will waive the normal £25 change fee. Any payment already received will be kept as credit for 1 year. We would require 1 week’s notice (5 working days) or the £300 deposit will be retained.
• If the student decides to cancel completely, we would keep the £300 deposit.
• If the student decides to cancel once the course has started, normal cancellation terms apply: no refund will be issued for the course fees; homestay will be refunded subject to 1 week’s notice and self-catering 4 weeks’ notice.
