Mount Allison is a primarily undergraduate liberal arts and science university with approximately 2,600 full-time students. The
University has the largest number of Rhodes Scholars per capita in Canada at 49 and has one of the largest endowments per capita among universities in Canada at more than $100 million.
Mount Allison’s liberal arts and science education teaches students how to learn, think, and understand a rapidly changing world. With degrees offered in arts, commerce, science, fine arts, and music, students have the ability to design an interdisciplinary degree that provides a valuable foundation for both career and life.
The university’s immersive learning community integrates an excellent academic program with an abundance of extracurricular and cultural activities. Students have the unique opportunity to pursue their passions inside and outside of the classroom, which prepares them well for future careers, as well as graduate and professional studies.
