De Montfort University와 Oxford International Education Group이 함께 운영하는 파운데이션 과정으로 Leicester International Pathway College(LIPC) 라 칭한다. 영국 잉글랜드 중부인 Leicester에 위치한 DMU대학교 내에서 진행되며, 학교의 시설을 함께 사용하고 있다. 이 과정의 경우는 International Year Zero (IYZ)로 불리기도 하는데 이는 DMU대학교 과정의 진학 전 준비과정의 신입생으로 간주하기 때문이다. 따라서, 이 과정의 경우는 다른 학교들과 달리 파운데이션 과정에서 부터 비자를 학부까지 모두 커버하여 한꺼번에 4년 비자를 받게 된다. 이 과정은 아래의 세부과정을 개설하고 있다.

수업구성
LIPC에서는 아래의 필수과목과 함께 각 과정별에서 제공하는 선택과목을 듣게 된다.

Study skills - information technology and numeracy: The ability to confidently use computers and handle numbers is vital to research and analysis.
Study skills - communication: Learn how to deliver presentations, write an academic essay, complete projects and work as a team – all skills which you will need as an undergraduate student.
English for Academic Purposes (EAP): As an international student, it is vital that you are able to communicate in English and understand your lectures.
Academic subjects: There are also a number of subject-specific modules which relate to your chosen route.
입학시 요구조건
고등학교 졸업에 준하는 자격 소유자
영어점수는 IELTS 5.5 (no component below 5.5) 이상이어야 한다.
*모든 영역에서 5.5를 요구하는 것은 4년의 비자를 한꺼번에 제공하는 이 학교의 특성에 따른 것이다. 또한, 반드시 IELTS for UKVI여야 한다.
만약에, 영어성적이 조금 부족한 경우에는 학교에서 제공하는 프리세셔널 과정을 듣고 입학 할 수 있다.
