Glasgow International College (GIC)

Glasgow International College (GIC)는 Kaplan International College 와 University of Glasgow 가 함께 운영하며 파운데이션 과정을 제공하고 있다. 스코틀랜드의 역사적인 도시 Glasgow에 위치하고 있는 Glasgow대학교는 경제학의 아버지라 불리는 아담스미스와 1988년 노벨 생리의학상을 수상한 제임스블랙이 졸업한 명문대학으로 영국 상위 20위권 안에드는 연구 중심 대학이며, 러쉘그룹에도 속해 있는 명문대학이다. 응용의학과 경영, 경제, 회계재무, 사회학, 전자공학, 교육학, 토목공학, 우주항공공학 전공들이 우수하게 평가받고 있는 특히, 우주공학과는 스코틀랜드에서 유일하게 제공되고 있으며, 영국에서는 가장 오래된 전공으로 유명하다. 이 파운데이션 과정에 입학시에는 학부과정에 대한 조건부 입학허가를 동시에 받게 되며, 성공적으로 이수할시에 Glasgow대학교 진학을 보장받게 되는 것이 가장 큰 장점이다. 또한, 스코틀랜드의 학제 특성상 파운데이션과정 이수 후에 2학년으로 진학하게 된다.

입학시 요구조건

고등학교 졸업에 준하는 자격 소유자

영어점수는 3term의 경우는 IELTS 5.0 with no less than 4.0 in any skill이상이어야 하며,

(*이때에 반드시 IELTS for UKVI여야 한다.) 

*Art and Design전공으로 지원시에 포트폴리오 제출은 선택이다.

수업시작일

다양한 수업시작일을 가지고 있으며, 본인에 일정에 맞춰서 스케쥴과 기간을 선택하면 된다.
